Fast, Reliable & Discreet Delivery
We understand the sensitive nature of some of the products we provide, so we will ensure all packaging is discreet in plain non-identifiable packaging. We typically aim to have your order safely in your hands within 5-7 working days - Please note that due to Covid we are experiencing longer delivery times for certain products. Please note orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be posted the following Monday.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us, return the product unopened, in the condition in which it was sent and with the invoice within 14-days of you receiving the product and we'll refund the product price.
The safest way is to return it by recorded delivery keeping a copy of your proof of postage, to ensure that you return the item in the 14 day time period. We may request to see a copy of the proof of postage.
Delivery Times
We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders are posted the same day, however depending on what time your order is placed and current stock levels it may occasionally be the next day. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that is on its way to you.
Delivery time is usually between 5 and 7 working days - Please note that due to Covid we are experiencing longer delivery times for certain products. We will always update you with tracking information as soon as your item(s) have shipped.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders.
Received the Wrong Items?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong items please contact us within 5 days and post the items back along with your invoice. Once we have received the items we will either exchange or refund your account, including the return postage so please include the postage receipt. Orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within one working day.
